Use of the tool

BenCAD is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use it to create, edit and export drawings for any lawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the BenCAD software.

Your drawings

All drawings created in BenCAD are your own. BenCAD does not claim any rights over content you create using the tool.

No warranty

BenCAD is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of measurements, dimensions or calculations produced by the tool. You are responsible for verifying all measurements before using them in any construction, planning or professional context.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BenCAD and its creators shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the tool, including but not limited to errors in measurements or drawings.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of BenCAD constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
